I’m 65 years old and loving life!!
We aren’t taught how to age. We aren’t taught much about aging at all except that it will happen and it’s “better than the alternative.” Aging is viewed as a passive process – a predetermined destiny that you must accept with little to no influence. But that simply isn’t true. Right now, starting from any age, you can influence your healthspan in significant ways so that you will be more likely to enjoy and embrace your 4th Quarter of Life.
When I was younger and I imagined myself at my current age of 65, I assumed I would be retired–maybe on a beach in Mexico with a book in my hands. As I’ve moved into the 4th Quarter of Life, my reality couldn’t be further from this imagined version of me! Don’t get me wrong, you still might find me on a beach in Mexico on occasion, but I’m entering my golden years with the wind at my back, fully inspired to share the knowledge I’ve gained from my specific skill set over the years.

As a dietitian, a 500-Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher, a Certified Masters & Wisdom Meditation Teacher, a Heroic Public Speaking graduate, and the owner of two successful businesses for 22+ years (breathe yoga & juice bar & breathe at home), I’ve made it my life’s work to help people feel their best in their minds and bodies. Using science-backed tools and the power of connection, I’ve witnessed transformation time and time again.
